What should I build or buy next?

So I have 3 PSA lowers and 2 PSA uppers.

First one is a PSA CHF 16" 5.56 Nato upper with one of the PSA lowers.

Second, is a PSA 16" M4 5.56 upper on the “Liberty or Death” lower. I switched out the handguard to the Magpul Mlok handguard to be able to add furniture to it. Pic is below of this build.

Third is a Bear Creek 7.62 side charging upper on my 3rd PSA lower. ( not assembled at ) if anyone has a Bear Creek on a PSA lower I would love to hear how it fits and functions together?

What should I build or buy next? Love to hear your suggestions or what you plan on getting next.

Switch it up and get an AK or AR9. I’d personally go with the AK. I had 3 ARs before I bought an AK, its so easy to maintain and fun to shoot. My next rifle will be 9mm, not sure if I want to do an AR9 or AKV.

What is your favorite kind of shooting? What do you find most enjoyable? If you think of guns as tools, figure out what will do the best job. Long distance? Close up? Offhand? Prone? There’s a tool for that.

I built a Wilson Combat .300 HAM’R. Absolutely love the rifle but it isn’t cheap to feed. 20" CHF barrel, WC upper, 1.5# CMC Trigger, PSA stripped lower. Fine shooting rifle, tight groups.

Sounds like you need something either big or short now.

Ar pistol build or a PSA ak of some sort. You could always do both because you can’t have to much freedom.

The 6.8 SPC comes the closest of my AR15’s to reproducing the rifle ability/power of the 308, on an AR15.

The 308 I’m comparing it to - I like using fast-burning powder and partial loads, e.g. 4198 for a 165 grain bullet, 35 grains.

With the 6.8 SPC, I can fit a 115 grain bullet (Speer Gold Dot) with 33 grains of Hodgdon H335.

My 6.8 is a 24 inch bull barrel from Bear Creek Armory. They made a bunch of 24 inch heavy barrels in 2018/ 2019.

I also have 6.5 Grendel 24 inch, 450 Bushmaster 20 inch, 224 Valkyrie 24 inch, and a few 223 Wylde 5.56 uppers.

Most of them with PSA lowers.

BUT you can’t buy a 24 inch barrel 6.8 SPC upper right now.

Product variety is way down compared to where it was 2, 3, 4 years ago.

Of the products that are available, the Bear Creak 350 Legend with 20 inch barrel is an interesting rifle.
