Can anyone tell me why PSA is not marketing a 16” upper for AR-V pistols? I would think there’s a market for such a thing now.
Because they are a part of the lawsuit against the ATF? Just guessing though.
14.5", pin and weld.

Given that it appears the deadline is fast approaching, will PSA sell 16" AR-V uppers for those of us who do not wish to engage in other means of compliance with the ATF’s new pistol brace rule? Thanks.
I feel if they were going to offer them we would have known by now. I had a 10.5” AR-V that I loved but I decided to sell it when it became apparent that the rule was going to be changed. I wish they would at least tell us why they aren’t being offered.
I think marketing a 16" extended handguard version of their “MP5 at home” styled ARV would be a good fit

edit looks like PSA sources that handguard from another company.
Just wondering if this upper will work with the AR-V lower - TIA!:

No. Only AR-V uppers work with AR-V lowers
I kinda figured but needed to know for sure
. Thank you for answering so quickly!
oh dude! grab that upper anyways it’s unbelievable! you can literally use any other lower on it, besides their arv
, and it’s unbelievable! glock lower, colt lower, endomags. shoot 9mm far away, today!!
and very very light, so light even, i don’t notice much difference with the new 16” uppers i have been recently getting compared to the shorties i lost in a party boat racing accident
