Another workout this morning
Extended rowing session this morning. A little tenderness in my elbow so I’m going to rest the weights for a day or two.
I’m in the yard this morning. Might get in a run later. Been dealing with a little knee pain.

Decided to do sprints…not fun running full out, resting 1 min, and running again.
I have not done any interval training in 12 yrs.
