My cable got backordered again and this oppressive heat/humidity is taking it’s toll. By the time I finish my morning work I am done sweating for the day. Better days ahead.

I gave up the jogging 2015, starting to feel the effects of 25yrs of it.
Gym 3 x4 times a week now.
Getting older is rough on a guy

This is my last year doing 1000. Ive been taking a break since earlier in the week, been having some knee pain. Might try a light run tomorrow.

I haven’t posted much but I have been doing odd excersizes. Drop down and do 40 pushups along with 50 squats several times a day. Doing arm curls and tricep presses while watching tv. I just backed off my high energy hikes, etc. until this heat is over. I swear at my age (63) it can’t be too cold. :grin: :grin:

Took a couple days off to rest my knee.
