Recently bought a PSA MFT lower parts kit and Vortex red dot. Very pleased.
Howdy, 4th generation Texan and I love to BBQ. We’re known mostly for the hill county style brisket (my preferred method) Some light trimming of silver skin excess fat and round off the edges. Basic rub of corse black pepper, kosher/sea salt and garlic powder. I used plain ole mustard as a binder. Low and slow (225 degrees) till the internal temp of 195 to 205. Wrap in peach butcher paper till it gets jiggly. Remove wrap in a old towel, place in empty cooler n let it rest for a few hours. Don’…
