Fun, but ultimately just waste ammo.

I think they are a gimmick to be honest.

@AndrewT84 the only good thing I like is that they thumb their nose at AFT regulation. Regulation is the birthplace of innovation.

Oh absolutely. Sure they are fun and will make anyone smile but for me personally to own one, I can’t justify the price and practicality of it. And especially during these ammo times, I’m perfectly fine with my local DNR range having a 3 second rule :rofl: :rofl:

I have a Fostec Echo II in 2 of my AR and a Fostec AK trigger in one of my AK. They are fun. I don’t use them that often but if I need them or want to use them they are there. I second @GuitarGuy in that the ATF /gun grabbers really don’t like them at all and it causes some people to hyperventilate. …

I want one for one of my s+w ar1522s just for the fun factor, but I can’t see it in a 556 ar or Akm unless you build it heavy duty enough for consistent mag/drum dumps. But if your team needs one… :grin:

This tank is built from a Yugo M72B1 RPK with Heavy Finned Barrel and a heavy duty 1.5mil receiver with reinforcement ridges. RPK were made to be a squad light machine gun. They’re fun, and can be smoother than some stock triggers. As far as wasting ammo, yeah, they certainly can. If that’s an issue, put it on semi. They are quite useful for hog control.

Not sure how I feel about it. Maybe I gotta try it once. The thought of using an extra round every release is t exactly awesome or practical to me.
