I keep seeing videos from known producers that are showing an “automatic-like” fire from the AR15 being used in the video.
How are they doing that, any idea?
Probably the FRT-15 by Rare Breed. They are currently in a lawsuit with the ATF. How do they do it? They do their best to skirt the law, sell as many as possible, and then sue the ATF.

I would avoid for now. If the ATF wins they will get the customer info and you will have to surrender the trigger.

I don’t understand the attraction to the FRT…or the Simulated Full Auto Fire. I have many years as a trigger puller and can attest that you can shoot fast enough with a semi auto….and semi auto has proven to be more lethal than full auto….number of rounds expended vs number of casualties.
Especially now that ammunition is overpriced and takes effort to locate & buy…….if your wanting a FRT to expend ammo……you probably have a surplus of ammunition. Good for you. But for the rest of us lowly mortals scrounging for ammo to practice with….a FRT would not serve us well. Kind of like sex……it may be fun and intense….but that good feeling will be gone all too soon….and we are back to reality again.
Might be FUN….kind of like flipping the bird to the AFT…but the cost for what it gives……not worth it for me. JMHO
They are fun. My buddy had one. It ran great at first but he ended up needing an upgraded buffer tube and spring. I prefer the binary trigger, and with enough practice it can shoot almost as fast. Binary is nice because its selector.
