Rare Breed Triggers

Has anyone tried to purchase a Rare Breed Trigger recently? I have recently tried 3 times ( and this is on their site), I keep getting a lame excuse why my purchase can’t be processed. I have contacted them about my issues, They say "your credit card and address does not match, well it does, and I have even tried different credit cards, same results. I am thinking that they cannot sell the trigger any longer, but will not admit that this is the issue.
Has anyone else had similar experiences ?
Cheers

I see a trigger called wide open trigger or wot. Watched a video using one, wow. Never seen the rare breed used before but holy cow check it out.

If I recall correctly, they are currently in litigation with the ATF over those triggers. They may have ended sales until that is settled. Try a third party vendor who sells them.

If they lose litigation, expect uncle Sam to come calling for your trigger…

During the litigation, an injunction was issued to stop sales of these triggers until the outcome of the trial.

It’s backend technical issues. A friend of mine had to use a different card.

Well, ATF isn’t going to wait for a Verdict. Seizure begins Right Now.

It’s rumor until it happens…and who didn’t see this coming? They have the customer list and the ATF is going to do ATF things.

Rare breed was never raided, they received a C&D letter, then basically told the ATF to ■■■■ off, but were never raided. Here is the article in his video, just below the picture in his graphic it says “That report was not correct, the ATF never went to Rare Breed manufacturing.” They raided Big Daddy Unlimited, it was mainly due to patent infringement after Rare Breed sued Wide Open Enterprises. The email was supposedly released from the ATF, but it is total BS, it’s riddled with grammatical errors and references Monday Jan 26th 2022. That was yesterday and a Wednesday. I highly doubt they have an actual customer list as Rare Breed hasn’t been raided or subpoenaed. If this is real they most likely have a list of retailers who made social media posts saying they’re selling them. The email is also dated 1/26 and basically says for agents to issue the C&D to 1) Stores that have the triggers in stock. 2) the manufacturers. The moment the ATF sends Rare Breed anything or shows up at their door their lawyers will inform the public like the last time the ATF got all uppity. I’ll get all my info from the source.

Did Guns and Gadgets make it up that RB had been raided? I think that is where I saw it initially. Interesting if true.

Rare Breed has been so open about their dealings with the ATF and the article title and picture matches his graphic. We heard about the P80 raid hours after it happened, there’s not a single article confirming RB was raided. I get putting the word out there, but this email isn’t a huge secret and is being highly criticized for the incorrect dates and how it’s written to the point it’s being regarded as fake. It’s getting a bunch of people who don’t own the trigger worked up while someone who, allegedly, owns one isn’t worried at all. The email is below stolen from this Reddit thread. Here’s the IG post straight from Rare Breed saying they have not been raided.

I would trust their IG before a reddit post.

The reddit post is just where I got the actual email guns and gear read from, it doesn’t regard the raid. Their IG post as well as the article both refute his claim they were raided.

The new email also refers to anyone in possession of the triggers as “defendants”. The use of the term in the email is problematic to those in the gun community because it shows that the ATF is treating the possession of the triggers as a criminal offense rather than a regulatory violation.
