When can we expect a 350 legend upper

Welcome @bighemidaddy I do not have a time frame, but in time we will have a .350 legend upper in time. The current demand has us focused on the hottest movers at the moment.

I second this.
I have a 350 Legend from BCA, using the 165 grain Hornady Flat butt bullet, which has a BC around .2
It shoots real interesting. Like a golf Hook or Slice. It arcs to the right, very reliably.
So if I am ever get to the range and there is a strong wind blowing right to left, I will be interested to use the 350 Legend.
It works great. Using it with a PSA lower.

Any chance PSA could machine some .355 rifle bullets ? with a high BC ? … for a short fat bullet.

Same exact setup for my straight wall hunting gun. Took my first deer this past year with it as well. Nice, big ol doe at ~160 yards. Unluckily, I couldn’t find the bullet to see how it performed. I’ve enjoyed shooting this cartridge so much that I went and spent a few months worth of discretionary cash on this setup.

I want to find some more high BC bullets to use in the 350 Legend.
It has a very repeatable “hook” (or is it a slice - golf term).
Arcs to the right at 300 yards. Not once, every shot.
Was thinking about dropping the Barnes all copper bullets (no plastic tip) into my rotating mill (the kind with the steel tumble media) to get it from .358 to .355.

When I can afford to throw a bunch of rounds down range I’ll see whether I get the same effect you are. That’s pretty interesting.
In reference to your hand loading/turned down bullet ideas, I am still unclear as to the true bullet diameter 350 legend is loaded with. Saami claims .357 - .003. What the heck does that mean? .354 diameter??? I keep reading that this cartridge is loaded with .355 diameter bullets instead of common .357/.358 diameter bullets due to barrel specifications. Do you have any light to shed on this confusion?

I have a HUGE respect for the need to use Headspace gauges to check ammo. With 350 Legend the Headspace (I think) is off the top edge of the brass.
I have some .458 Lehigh Brass bullets that I tried in a 450 Bushmaster. Bullet would not fit in the barrel and had a noticeable bulge, compared to the .452 or .455 Hornady bullets.
I expect something similar would happen if I used the .358 Barnes bullets in the 350 Legend.
The 165 grain Hornady bullets worked fine, they just had a wierd trajectory that I think was related to using a pistol bullet in a rifle application.
They have a crappy Ballistic Coefficient, but the 9 mm bullets work OK in 350 Legend. They’re .355 diameter, I think. They tend to be less expensive.

Hope PSA’s .350 Upper is back in stock soon. Been waiting for it to be back in stock for a better part of a year now. I’d like to give my business to PSA but starting to wonder how long I’ll have to wait and if I should just go with a different manufacturer.

They are very much focusing production on the highest demand products. I would recommend picking up something 350 legend from another manufacturer, if you want it any time soon.
If you need to go a budget route, my bear creek side charging 350 has proved well worth the money, so far.
I’m thinking about buying the Barnes .358 diameter rifle bullets, with a BC of .359, and running them in a rotating polish/sander thing, to get the diameter down to .355.
Specifically for the 350 Legend.
Will be interesting to see how long I have to run the polisher to take .003 off the diameter. Was going to use steel pins as the media.
