Hi all, I would like to add a Palmetto state NATO style folding stock to my stock GF3.
Other than the stock itself and a 4 1/2 mm pin, I assume I need to swap out the Trunion as well?
I didn’t see it anywhere on the website where to buy just the Trunion…
If anyone can enlighten me, is that a difficult job to swap out the Trunion ?

Notice the square cutouts at the back of the side folding receiver. Do you have such a receiver.
If you have a standard AK of any sort, you will need to align and cut out the receiver side holes for the latching mechanism. Rivet the new trunion and refinish the receiver. In my opinion, you’d be better off with a drop-in magpul storm trooper boot or start from scratch with a parts kit and a side folder receiver.
Yeah… as researching it… figured better off just to buy one that had a side folder from the get go. Thanks for response
