Ammo can paint match (almost)

For those that care about these things. My wife seems to have found me a very close match to the green of Ammo cans (color but not gloss) I think with a coat of semi gloss clear it would be really close.

Now you just need to whittle-out some stamps and dip ‘em in white paint for the markings….

I just wanted the scratches and rust spots gone. These 40 Mike Mike cans almost always come with rust in the top corners from stacking and lid scratches. Where I use them they are on

So I don’t stack them, once I fix the tops they stay nice for quite a while.
