Why is it that there is such a stranglehold on AR-V parts? Complete guns or kits only. I want to give up my money and purchase parts, like a stripped upper receiver (don’t ask) but that is impossible. IDK who forges the uppers as I would reach out to them if possible whether it is a subsidiary of JJE Capital or not. It is just frustrating not having the ability to customize an AR-V as you could any of the other rifles/pistols that PSA sells. Surely there has to be blemished/unmated upper receivers out there that could be sold as parts.

They are forged and machined by a JJE Company. They are only made and sold as matched sets because the AR-V is not a standard 9mm PCC. That avoids confusion with customers and those that think they could just slap a regular 9mm pcc upper on an AR-V lower and call it a day.
Besides the receiver combo (upper, lower, bcg) everything else is standard AR/AR9 parts.

Yes. It delivers this week to my FFL. It’s just that I do not need the mag, lower or the bolt. Expensive lesson, pain is the most effective teaching tool.
