ARV firing pin issue

I have an AK-V and an ARV. I finally got to shoot the AR-V this past weekend with my new dagger. I love the Dagger other than the mushy trigger.
I didn’t have any failures to feed or jams in either weapon, but the ARV has an issue with not firing a chambered round. I have a Franklin Armory Binary trigger in and it is a blast til you get about 20 rounds through and a round doesn’t fire.
I eject it and it has no firing pin marks whatsover, and then it finished the magazine. I picked up each round that didn’t fire and loaded them in the next mag and they went off just fine. I used the stiff spring that came with the Franklin Armory trigger, but that was it. It is so close to being a reliable weapon.

I need some guidance. Buffer? Stock spring?
I don’t think it is the trigger.

I don’t want to one of those guys that say I can’t trust it and put it back in the safe.
It does the same thing in single shot mode.

I have never saw a clear AK-V Mag. I think I see the crossed cannons but haven’t seen them available.

How is it in its stock mode (i.e. stock trigger).

It does the exact same thing after 20 or so rounds.
Feeds fine but trigger won’t fire. No marks on ejected round.
Note,
I have never fired it with the stock trigger

I bought all my mags from palmetto. Smoke, Clear and Black.

Try it with the stock trigger. That will be the benchmark.

I’m going to change the spring in the Franklin Armory trigger to mil spec first, Then I will.

Hard to diagnose without knowing whether or not this issue was present with the stock trigger. I’d try that first.

I bought this trigger specifically for this weapon. I will make it work.
I can do both next time I go shooting.
We will see.
