Once he’s actually gone, I will join again. It will be interesting to see the number of new enrollments after he leaves. Maybe then the board will pay attention.
I understand the “lifetime” government employee rule but extreme cases should produce extreme results. If she was willing to steal from her own family what else is she willing to do or has already done? It just goes against any common sense. But then again I guess that’s our guvment…

I think either Trump or Haley can beat Mr. Senility. I just fear that Trump either gets tied up in a legal battle, in prison, or continues his descent into senility too. Or perhaps all three. And I fear that his name on the November ballot will cause lots of R voters to stay home rather than support him. Haley is just lather, rinse, repeat.
For me it’s simple. Which one is going to take away the fewest of my freedoms, and which one will end up costing me the least amount of money. DeSantis was ahead of everyone on those two.
My vote goes to the R but I think we will need moderates/independents to win and Tump lost them a while back. Our only hop is that we get 70% or better republican turnout.

Agree also. And there’s no way Trump gets that much support. Say what you want about his policies, he’s the most polarizing man in the history of American politics.
When I was still on Faceplant, I must’ve had 6-8 people on my friends list who were always spouting about politics, and then had some excuse they couldn’t get to the polls. It’s yet another reason I’m not quick to go back to that site. I have stood in line, SAT in line in a wheelchair, with people old enough to have owned a new Model T, people missing limbs, people with little kids, people on crutches, people who had a company to run. I can bear the whole “if voting worked, they wouldn’t let you do it”. I CAN’T bear hearing “the other team sucks!” every day for months, then hearing, “Ah, I wasn’t feeling great yesterday.”
I don’t think it’ll so much be people not feeling like going to the polls. I think there’s just so many people who can’t stand Trump but won’t vote for Biden. Those are the ones that will stay home while those who also can’t stand Trump and will either vote against Trump or for Biden will carry the day.
Well really the topic the nation wants to avoid is can we even have an election. As an election is nothing more than a bloodless conflict that results in a peaceful transfer of power.
We have a ridiculous amount of poltical separation thats caused damage all the way to politically motivated enforcement of law.
We have politically motivated violence already playing out in the streets.
This will likely the most legally contested election in Us history as both side have already called foul.
Outside the inevitable fall out Trumps really the only choice Republicans have.
As Trump matchup against Biden increases turnout and Trump has the advantage of Biden wrecking the economy. Hes also been picking up favor in several missed demographics since 2020.
Its unlikely Nikki can overcome the chilling effect she has on Republicans with any other voting block. She just has way too much baggage to get most conservatives or moderates on board.
If there was a primary contender it was Ron. He had the policy and name recognition unfortunately didnt make up for the personality of boiled fish.
IMO-Supreme Court agrees 5-4 that the federal government can facilitate in human trafficking the US Customs and Border Protection is just “doing their job.” Meanwhile the State of Texas is trying to secure its border and limit illegal invaders into the country. Other Democrat led border states ignore the law and facilitate criminal activities.
Our Federal Government is facilitating modern day slavery in the form of human trafficking.
The State of Texas is asserting its right as a sovereign state to protect its borders. Why isn’t the Federal Government supporting this?
