Welcome to the forums @gto_goat. Sorry to hear about the difficulties. not sure about the light strikes issues, but the trigger may just need to be worked out by dry firing it a ton.

I just got my 5-7 upper today I decided to go with the Build your own. They don’t tell you about all the hidden fees that are included in this build your own. All said and done it will cost me $648 and I wanted to find out if I could get it cheaper than the one they advertise for $599. What I’d like to know is if the sights on the 57 are replaceable and how you would go about doing that

What hidden fees are those?

Sights replacement is standard Glock. Use front sight tool and sight pusher for the rear.

What are the hidden fees? Shipping? Tax? FFL for lower?

The transfer fee is for one. This is the first time I bought a gun online so I didn’t know nothing about that.

Unfortunately thats not a hidden fee. Hope you had it shipped to a dealer that didnt charge you more than $30.

Are you counting ammo n whatnot?

I just put a 5.7 together at a cost of 290, no fees hidden.
170.00 for 5.7 and Dagger combo
20.00 transfer fee
200.00 for 5.7 slide and barrel

290.00 ready to shoot , have many mags already

That’s not a hidden fee that’s not anything that PSA has any control over.

Still curious where the other $250 comes from.

Standard Glock 19.

I got hold of a manual and am half way done with putting it online. Give me another day or so and it will be up.

If your dealer is charging you a $250 transfer fee… I would suggest never going there again.

No ammo. Just what came with the 599.99 the gun ,two magazines and case . I think I saved pretty close to $46 and change

Jakl as well?

bag is $30 and the mags are $20 each, it’s still not adding up. Even if you made each purchase separately with $8 shipping 32 for each part and 15 for the frame iirc. It’s still not there.
