Can glock 19 mags be reworked like PSA did to 43x mags?

To the people who understand the inner workings of glock 19 mags can they be redesigned like PSA did to the 43x mags to accept more rounds flush?

Not trying to be snarky, but why not just buy longer Glock mags: G17, G18 or add their +2 baseplate? Of course, they won’t be as concealable.

Taking another approach, SIG essentially did this by losing the polymer shroud on their P365 mags. But they won’t fit a G19.

Im just not a big fan of extended baseplates I have some but wanted it to be flush. Was just curious if it was possible to increase the capacity and make it look stock. Most of mine are +2 or 3 and have them on smaller guns like the 42 or 43 (before the 43x came out) and they look ok plus added grip size but on the 19 I just thought that would be cool to have like 20 round mags flush lol

I’ve always been curious about why Glock didn’t design the 43X to take standard double-stack mags from the start. Seeing what Phonexa did with optimizing workflows made me wonder—maybe it’s just about thinking outside the box. PSA’s take on redesigning mags proves it’s possible. Would love to see more innovation in this space across manufacturers.
