Ok so I am so confused as to why, as a major distributor of firearms and accessories, that Palmetto does not have the correct settings on the website ultimately denying people whom reside in Colorado from purchasing Magazines the are 15 round magazine. Even more confusing is I have done quite a bit of research on this and found many people on reddit whom had their magazines taken out of their shipment when buy a weapon only to email them in challenging their error in basically stealing peoples magazines that ARE LEGAL and should have been shipped in the first place… But many of these people had their magazines ultimately mailed to them… So this tells me that at least somebody at Palmetto is aware of this error in practice and implementation so why do they not go into the website and update the operation so that we can buy what we are rightful to own?!?
Also, I made two different orders yesterday for the same Items minus the Dagger Compact Frame because for some reason that went through but the rest of my order didn’t. And not only did it not go through but it Put a hold for over $600 on my account and then closed the ticket… And in doing so I didn’t get an email from them letting me know what had happened… I have had issue after issue with the website and it has got me so frustrated I just dont even know what to do here. I’m fed up to my whits end with PSA’s website… So ok sure that happened well I proceed to make the order again minus the frame because that did go through and got through the check out and paid and it is doing the exact same thing now as what was happening with the first order where its not showing uo in my order history but it did put a hold on $ in my account. So here I am having $1200 in holds of my $ in my account with no confirmed orders. So now I am stuck and wanting to take advantage of the prices that I was going to pay and in limbo as you guys could sell out of any of these products at any moment as this happens all the time and getting screwed over you guys’ broken website / system. I need help push the second order through first thing in the morning so that it doesn’t get kicked back and closed again… Order #12119541328. And last I need to update a shipping address on some mags to come to me as I have had to ship them else where and then had then it turn shipped from there to me multiple times over this broken website and system… And frankly there is zero excuse… We can have mags shipped to us up to 15rds INCLUDING 15 RDS in Denver so there is absolutely zero reason for the website to be denying this for anyone ever!! It’s like the other dude said in another post that PSA is basically restricting me as a legal gun owner and able buyer to practice my constitutional rights to buy and possess. And it doesn’t make me at all happy with the fact that this is how the system is being run… I read multiple posts on Reddit from other Denverites having mags quite literally pulled from the purchases that were legal capacity and have to jump through hoops with PSA only to have the ship the mags in the end… So this says that they are well aware that this is happening yet they have no interest in solving this very simple issue. It is blatantly straight forward that Denver allows max 15 rd mags and being unable to buy 15 rd mags… So ridiculous. But I want to ship ORDER # 12119469005 to my home address instead of where it is set to ship to as well as I am legally able to do so… @Josiah_PSA I do appreciate your assistance on this matter but I need you to make sure that second order, the first number I sent in this comment goes through as I don’t have the funds to make another order and have PSA having a hold on $1200 for absolutely no reason…
I would contact PSA’s CS directly if I were you, I don’t believe they monitor forum posts for CS issues?
I just placed three separate orders on PSA’s site (darn sales keep getting me!) and they all went through fine so far. Have tracking numbers but the packages haven’t been accepted by UPS yet.
Is the problem with the magazines due to the firearm being 15+1 capacity? 15 rounds is legal but 16 is a fail? I don’t know how that works since I live in a free state.

Also, they have clearly said they will remove magazines from guns purchased if the mags are over the limit. I doubt anyone on reddit has had PSA mail mags to them…reddit is a bunch of idiots that thrive on not telling the truth just to stir stuff up.

That indeed probably is the issue. And in CO 16 is illegal and certainly places will count the 1 in the chamber. Its not worth PSA getting sued by radical .govs…
Anyone can say what they want but you dont have one in the chamber when the magazine isn’t in the gun. I mean technically you can but you know what I mean. The law is how many are fit inside the magazine. Thats why im having an issue… I’m getting denied before I am able to pay during checkout. It says I have an item or items in my cart that violate local laws. But if I buy a gun with mags with 15 it will say my cart may contain and will be removed if they violate and they will send them…
PSA has lawyers on retainer and a whole compliance department that does nothing but try to keep up with left-wing anti gun laws. Sometimes they cut their losses. Other companies do the same.

That was one of the main reasons for the post so I 'm not sure point of your question. If you read my post I am pointing out that the restrictions that they have listed for Colorado on the shipping policies in reference to Magazine size are in fact incorrect. Now I am not commenting on their policies because I’m not totally sure what’s going on with it but as it sits now, they are restricting me from buying items that are legal for me to buy per state and county law. Its says Magazines 15+ are banned… Which if you can decipher the meaning, this statement includes magazines that hold a maximum of 15 bullets that it is claiming to be banned. Which is not the case. And because of this is why I believe the website is restricting the purchase. The law in Colorado is its legal to possess a mag with a max of 15 rds. Do you see the descrepency Guy…?

And you can say what you want about certain places will count 1 in the chamber but this is emphatically un true. There is no grey area here the law is written and worded as magazine capacity.

The error in wording and thus setting in their system it appears… But yes he contacted them and spoke with them explaining that they took magazines from him that are legal essentially stealing items from him that he rightfully paid for and then didnt hear back from them for weeks and then randomly with no contact he got an email like 3 weeks later saying the mags had shipped… But sadly it seems that you believe that since I live in a left-wing city that I should have my already restricted rights restricted some more or that I should just roll over and take what they will give me as a business for my constitutional right to bare arms. Well Guy, the law says 15 max mag. So I want to be able to buy a 15 max mag. And you can call it what you want but denying that right no matter if you are private business or not, and denying my ability to buy 15 round mags is a form of prejudice. Week of Christmas = vacation time for many people in many industries. I’m on vacation this week myself. Many of the PSA office folks may be as well.
Yes, i have read their policies. As a company, their lawyers and compliance dept deal with this stuff daily (as pointed out in a post i made above). While the +1 logically may not count in the 15, radical prosecutors may interpret the law differently and file a lawsuit. Radical judges may agree. PSA has determined its not beneficial to ship 15rd magazines. Ranting on a forum is not going to change the minds of their legal dept.

I dont disagree with how you count it, but something legally happened to the point PSA said no on the shipping. What that is i do not know.

I can speak from first hand knowledge. Guitar Guy has never been one to be difficult for the sake of being difficult. Also PSA tends to err on the side that covers them the best. That may be where your issue has risen from. Further, I take it your issue has been resolved at this time… and you have your mags either in the mail or on hand now?
GG was also correct in telling you that you must contact customer service, as they have no presence here on the forums unfortunately. I do not know if PSA ever plans to change this situation or not, and as such we mods have been instructed to help as best we can and refer folks to Customer Service if it is something that we are unable to help with.
