Cheney believed that the President could do whatever he wanted during a wartime situation. He could blow off Congress without accountability while Congress continues to provide funds. That was the same attitude LBJ had with Congress during the Vietnam War.
There was no declaration of war BUT there was always an Authorized for Use of Military Force (AUMF) to support Military/Combat Operations. It’s going on now during the GWOT and during the Vietnam War. Congress is like “Hey look! A squirrel”
So are these implications are that all white people should stop paying federal taxes? Clearly the government is color coding. Of course no one should stop paying federal taxes. We just have maniacs in office.

President Biden doesn’t know this yet BUT he just endorsed school choice. I doubt he personally tweeted this either. His thumbs already have rigor mortis. 
Discover has been tracking gun purchases since LAST April – as in April 2022. Every time I tried to make a firearm related purchase my Discover card denied the transaction and I had to put it on my VISA instead.
Pack them up and hand them over. You want a manicured lawn? Use scissors and a hand saw. Better yet use the clippings as salad.
Thats a good thing because I lost track myself.

I use a PC with a big screen, not a phone, because I prefer the way that a computer screen is formatted. To me the phone screens just don’t provide a useable screen format.
I’ve tried reading all of those smart phone screen shots and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s more trouble than it’s worth.
If you don’t mind, post a link to the information rather than a screen shot so that everyone isn’t forced to see the data as it appears on your chosen platform.

I mainly was refuting statement made to the effect that America was inept and caused all the man made environmental disasters in the world. A little research showed that similar train derailment in Paris a few years ago was about as bad if not worse. I figured the person was Canadian who made derogatory statements about my country therefore I showed similar derailment in a Canadian Province. I lived in Germany and a high speed passenger train derailed going 180 Kph and piled up into an overpass. Stuff happens… Oil spills, the port in Beirut Lebanon exploded with the force of a small nuke, etc. I’m just tired of the world bashing the United States and acting Holier than thou.
I’m not upset at the person at all, and am not trying to start a feud, just leveling the playing field…
As far as links, I thought about that, but figured most folk would not bother to visit. More to the point I was returning fire to prove that some of us don’t take kindly to America bashing. We can point out wrongs and short comings about our own country in our homeland. But I wouldn’t go on a forum in their homeland and bash them. If you live in a glass house don’t throw stones…
