Okay what is going down with Customer Service at this place ?
What an insightful post. I just got off the phone with them about an order. The FFL was expired on an order placed Monday, waited about 30 seconds on hold to be told it already shipped after sending in the updated FFL yesterday.
Could you please PM me with your issue so we can try to get it resolved?
PMs are no fun! If he’s going to try to bash PSA we should be able to see if it’s warranted.
