As for different billing and shipping, PSA is a proud supporter of military which often has different addresses. However, different addresses is also the biggest source of fraud. Most of that is easily fixed when a phone call is made. If your call was like the 2 previous messages you typed on here, then I can’t help you based solely on your attitude.
