EDC loadout pic thread

good to know that their pants are durable and long lasting. I’ve only ever had their boots but not pants, and the boots lasted a long while, other than the fact that i wore them out cause they were so comfy. i used to wear them for work all the time and man i loved the ankle support.

@GuitarGuy I like the new loadout. looks like you got a nice new edc.

I have the great fortune to work from home, so my EDC is everything in reach of me from my desk. That covers a lot in my office.

Curious what’s new in the EDC world.
Anyone carry a Glock 19 size ?
Have on the Glock 43x today.

My carry journey went: 1911 > FN 509 > Dagger (19 size) > Micro Dagger (43x)

I still carry them all, but IWB is most comfortable with the micro. Occasionally carry my Rock 57 also

Carry weapon has been a Glock 42 for almost a decade now. All seasons. Either a pocket or IWB holster. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

I switch up my knife/light combo all the time, though. Right now because it’s winter and I have lots of jean pocket/jacket space with heavier clothing, I’ve been carrying a massive 6" Cold Steel Luzon and this insanely bright dual beam light. In the summer I’ll move back to a Kershaw Volt and a thin pen light most likely.

Been working with G48 for a bit, Sig 365 is really small and easy to conceal. But generally I just grab Walther PPQ 45 or rock for the truck or whatever I grab. I like the PPQ though it fits right on the console nicely. I like the Rock because it is like a mini-AR with 22-23 rounds to depend on!

I don’t need to conceal too often because I just generally don’t go around people too often. So in the truck is probably most important place. Seems if people get angry with you it is more often on the road then any where else I venture. People get crazy on roads often. Not with me most of the time but you see it between other drivers way more often then it should.

New EDC flashlight and bottle opener

Kevin I think that you will like the SureFire flashlight. I have had mine for a couple of months now and I like it. It is very bright but the one drawback is that it generates a good amount of heat especially on high if left on for any length of time.

I am thinking that 7.62 round is perfect defense for the key chain. Punch that at the eyes and well.

A present to myself getting my first social security check. FN Reflex with a Vortex Defender stuffed with Corbon Urban Defense. Now the sad, I made sure to cut off the standard capacity thingy in the pic since my home state is NO longer free. :face_with_symbols_on_mouth: My next door state is however still free.

Thank you SIr, that’s good to know,
Charged it up last night and carrying it today.

The Wife got this addition to my EDC for my Birthday; Civivi Praxis - I carried the “mini” version of this knife, with just plain green scales, and liked it very much. It recently went AWOL without leave, so this was her chance for an “upgrade”

Copper and Carbon Fibre in Resin:

Pics don’t do it justice. Spectacular.
