Has anyone recently had a rifle sent in to PSA for repair? I was wondering what kind of turnaround time people have experienced. They received my rifle a month ago, but I haven’t received any update since then, and over the phone customer service said they did not know if it was being worked on yet or not.
Tried it with pmags and hex mags.
Mags fit and release from the lower just fine if the upper is removed, but, there is also nothing noticeable that contacts the magazine if I press the end of the magazine in to just the upper. It seems like it has something to do with how the upper and lower are interfacing. Either an uneven surface on the top of the lower/ bottom of the upper, or, something machined off center forcing the magazine to go in at a slight angle and press against the inside wall of one side of the receiver. This is a photo looking up in to the mag well.
Hi All,
Sent my ARV 9 in for repairs back in Feb they sent it back quickly however the repairs were not completed (same issues double feed, bolt not staying locked to the rear). I sent it back and it was received Apr 12th and customer service emailed last week they were waiting for parts. Is this normal turnaround time?
Thanks
Rich
They received mine also June 15th. I never got an update that they even got it though, I had to message them to find out. It’s July 13th now. My issue was the trigger reset and could only fire once before having to push the trigger forward to manually reset it to shoot again. Not sure how complicated that is or how long it would take to fix, I’m assuming most the wait time comes from people ahead of me. 1 month isn’t bad but just hoping it doesn’t turn in to 3+
Sent mine around the 3rd week of October 2022 and Im still waiting. I received an email 10Nov22 saying the repairs are completed and “In a few days you should receive your tracking number in another email once qc is done” yet Ive heard nothing.
