OK, my original post has been blocked because some children decided to argue about over lubrication against poor lubrication and that was not the point of the post.
I promise to keep the guys interested in what happened to my upper receiver and I keep my promises on, so here is an update from the amazing PSA customer service team.
Like I said in my latest updates I sent the upper so the tech team could check what was going on, as soon as they got it I received an email where they acknowledged that they had received it and as soon as they have an answer they will be back in touch with me so they did today, here’s a capture of the email.
As you can see, they are a very responsive team, they found the issues with the upper, they fixed it and it will be on the way back to me soon.
That’s what I call an awesome customer service!
I want to thank Chandler, Cody, Randall, Jhon and the rest of the team, most of my guns are PSA and I truly believe in them no matter what other people say, keep the good work you guys…

I can’t wait to shoot it, I’m very confident that the issue was fixed and it will work as it supposed to!
I truly believe in PSA, all mayor brands has had hick ups and PSA is not going to be the exception and they have the willing to correct it which is the most important thing.
I will keep buying from PSA and believing in them…

Oh yeah I agree 100% and love the hell out of PSA. Especially for normal, everyday, hard working American’s just looking for reliable, quality firearms at the best price.
Alright, I’m at the range right now, the rifle is shooting perfect, it’s a bench range so I shot around 100 rds on the bench but it’s allowed to shoot rapid fire so I emptied a mag as fast as I could and zero fail.
Palmetto State Armory did a good job fixing my upper and I’m happy with the results, there’s no doubt that I will keep being a PSA customer and believing in them as a company that wants to keep Americans armed at a very reasonable prices.
Good job PSA!
