Ok I have a real problem. I have bought about 6 weapons from PSA all are ok except one. I have a PSA GF3 AK 7.62x39 OD rifle. It came with a gen 2 magpul magazine, red indicator on bottom of magazine and plastic lip where the mag fits into the lower receiver. I went and bought 10 magpul gen 3 mags with the metal lip and the floor plates has the orange indicator. The rifle will not hold even one gen 3 mag. I even tried to file the metal on the mag per some websites and it does not work. Should I send the rifle back to fix this. Is this a defect?

@texasbestflooringcom PSA CS is not on here. However, the magpul mags have been known to have issues with a variety of rifle manufacturers.

This is a known issue with Gen 3 pmags and AK’s. Not just PSA AK’s, but other manufacturers as well. Most customers have to file them down. Gen 2’s pmags work great.

My PSA 20 inch 224 valkyrie I added a magpul rifle length stock and a weaver 3x15x50 tactical optic and a magpul bi-pod . I wanted to sling heavy for caliber bullets at deer and this one does the job very well .
My build
2 year update 
The round count is now around 1,200. Four fail to fires. All appeared to be ammo related. All had decent strikes visible on them. Am so happy and impressed with the gun!
