Hello everyone, attached are two coupons for Optics Planet. I have not post in a minute, I was doing some serious fishing here in Colorado and then decided to upgrade all the electronics on the boat. I have a 2015 V-18 Targa tracker combo. Replace floor and all bolts, upgraded trolling motor to advance gps with spot lock, upgrade all the rollers, change boards on trailer, new HDS LIVE fish finder and 3in1 transducer, new heading sensors, installed 1000 watts inverter for coffee, upgraded boat and trailer lights to led, new trolling motor control board, new brushes and plate, new armature, new prop, new locking chains, new ignition, installed hour meter. I forgot to fix some tear on the boat cover, I bought the flex tape, but it is colder than a witches tities right now and it won’t stick, any suggestions?
Welcome back. Other than getting the cover inside so it can warm above around 60-degrees, I don’t know what to tell you that could make the tape stick.
There’s a better than even chance those codes are single-use; possibly even keyed to a particular “user” (but probably not). I personally don’t do Optics Planet, but I appreciate you posting them for someone else to use.
Thanks, I got these codes from two separate purchases at Optics Planet. I am sure someone will use them.
Just guessing maybe use a hair dryer to warm the area needing patching or possibly a portable heater. Best of luck with it.
Also welcome back @rcanboy27
That is a good idea it did not cross my mind thanks, I will use the heat gun and a thin coat of epoxy, that should hold at least for the winter, I hope.
$153.99 This trigger is insane it is the new version, the APEX, you do not have to hold the trigger for the trigger to reset because it reset in two different spots. The trigger will go as fast as you can pull the button, insane.
$225.99
$170, That is not the right pic, you will get the correct one, just got mine.
You are welcome @rcanboy27
Hope that idea will help you out.
Sounds like you have a lot of time and money invested in upgrades so you have to protect them.
What are you catching, trout?
Walleye, Mackinaw, Big Mouth, small mouth, spotted bass, kokanee salmĂłn etc. Only keep walleye, crappie and kokanee .
whats the difference between the SSA-e versus the SSA-e X ? anyone know? i read the description but it didnt really explain the X
Likely the nano-tech coated body. SSA-E doesn’t mention it.
This two-stage trigger uses a standard .154” trigger and hammer pin so it will fit in any Mil-Spec lower receiver. It features a lightning trigger bow that’s designed with a flat face and curved bow to spread pressure over more surface area, allowing better trigger control and accuracy. Each SSA-E X trigger has a nano-coated body and hammer with a Chrome Nitride disconnect to protect against wear and corrosion while giving you the reliability and durability you can depend on.
nano coated with what?
this doenst makie much sense to me but ook. if you can tell the difference when using it and shooting with it, and it makes you a better shooter, well then ei guess its worth it.
Most of the nano-tech coatings were developed for corrosion resistance.
oh. that is making more sense to me now.
I have one arriving tomorrow and also own the SSA-E. I always wanted a straight bow so when I saw the deal I jumped on it. I will let you know, but the noticeable difference is the trigger bow, to me is more cooler. As far as the nano coating, it suppose to protect for rust etc. If you let any trigger get that bad, you should not own a weapon right?
Based on the picture you’ll still be waiting to try a straight bow trigger after tomorrow.
They are showing the wrong pic.
