Some of the items in my cart offer free shipping. Why not offer this on all my items?
PSA ships some items from their multiple warehouses, and some are shipped via drop-ship network from elsewhere. I’m just a random internet denizen, but were I a gambling one, I would say that it’s likely they comp shipping when its financially feasible but drop-ships and others are beyond their discretion to do so.
In theory someone could buy a $30 item with free shipping, then add four 1000rd cases of 5.56 to exploit the free shipping offer.

Good points all. I would suggest free shipping for transaction totals that exceed a reasonable amount.
If you want them to raise the prices on all their products, then shipping will be free. Whenever you get free shipping, it’s an illusion… It’s baked into the price of the product you’re purchasing.
