I finally got some 300 blackout on sale before it sold out this time. Also saw stripped blem stealth lowers marked down to $29.99, but when added to cart, every one is $9 shipping. 2 stripped lowers and $18 shipping? Think I’ll pass.

That $9 is their FFL Processing Fee, which includes shipping. A Deal.
Serialised, AFT-Regulated items are a Mutha’Fatha’ to ship. Just getting them on their way requires WAY more steps than just picking off a shelf, scanning it, then stuffing it in a box.
I don’t find regular shipping from PSA to be out of line. Ship the same stuff to someone else yourself - see what it costs you.
