I have had a vortex LPVO and mount ordered and shipped for a month. I can not get customer service to respond to any of the emails. They just say file a claim with the shipping company UPSā¦
I cant file a claim on a shipment I did not make I need help this is a christmas gift now I am out the money and scope and can not get anywhere with customer service.
What happened Palmetto has always been so easy to deal with now I can not get a single person to help me with a $400 mistake that I need. I donāt want to stop credit card with dispute as I order a lot from these guys and intend to order more.
Does anyone have any ideas how to get a hold of them at all???

I did like Disney Plus and they went to crap. No way Iām paying for that woke garbage. I did have HBO Max and they wanted more for ad free. Since when did HBO become filled with ads? Itās gone to.
Does anyone else hate that you canāt call and talk to someone about orders??? Someone purchased a gift card for me online which I did not receive, and when I try to contact the help center, I donāt have an order number to put in. I love PSA but the customer service is not great. Please help if you can
I used to have Direct Tv. Had them for like 15 years or so. Got tired of them raising the costs and deleting channels. Got Hulu and Roku both for less than half the price and the same channels if not more. Finally we are DONE with everything at&t related!
Gave up satellite around 2011 or so, havenāt looked back since.
With a little dose of āwanting itā you can find anything you want to watch online, then just mirror the screen to the TV. Is it immoral? Maybe. Do I care when it saves $200 a month when I donāt really watch a ton of TV anyway? Not a chance.
You can buy a new Roku inabled TV for pennies these days.
I only pay for Hulu, Sling and Fubu during college football season. Then I cancel those until next year.
Other than that we watch very little TV.
The only thing I pay for is Hulu. Roku is free since 1 tv has built in Roku and I get Roku through the other tv with a Roku stick which was a one time fee of $19.95.

Oh no I donāt want to stop using palmetto It is like a crack habit I canāt quit haha. Mellissa from CS just called and started a lost package claim for me. It wonāt be here for Christmas but hey I appreciate the help. I wonāt be charging anything back if it gets you fired as a customer I like the company too much. Thanks again. I was just stuck between UPS and PSA saying I needed to talk to the other party and not getting anywhere at all.
I was gonna pick up an psa marauder a gift from my parent but I was the one who ordered it in my name (Iām 19 I didnāt kno anything about whoever made the purchase has to do The background check no felonyās nor warrants) they told me they will have to send it back to psa and contact psa for a refund and I havenāt gotten any updates please help so I can re order before new years
