Had to clean up the Living Room

What happens if you come home from the range and put your rifle bag in a corner of the living room ?

That was the situation.

I used some 5 gallon buckets in a closet to begin cleaning up …

From left to right

  • 6.5 Grendel, Radical Firearms 24 inch barrel upper, PSA AR15 Lower
  • Savage 300 WSM Bolt action Rifle
  • 6.8 SPC, Bear Creak HEAVY 24 inch barrel upper, PSA AR15 Lower
  • 224 Valkyrie Bear Creak 24 inch barrel upper, PSA AR15 Lower
  • Winchester 338 Win Mag Bolt action Rifle

Plus I can add some security by putting a lock on the door.

i have orange five gallon buckets from home depot, will they work if my rifle dosent fit in the carrying case?

Probably. Just won’t be as “secure” from dust/moisture/etc. - as being in the case.

Safe Storage practices should be observed, of course.
