Firstly don’t freak out, read the rest of this post and follow the correct course of action. This error is normally resolved in a couple days if not sooner, but we do need your help to get it fixed. Please contact Customer Service and provide them the following information and let them know that you believe your account is flagged and being blocked.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT post that information on this forum
Now you may be asking why am I getting this??? Well it could be:
- YOU ARE USING A VPN (see below)
- Your FFL info is wrong or out of date
- Your billing and shipping info may not match
- Your account may have been flagged for potential fraud
- You have made a charge back or disputed a charge on an order from us (CONTACT CS )
- You are attempting to purchase a restricted item for your location
- OTHER
If you are using a VPN and it is making your IP address appear overseas, your order will be blocked until your IP address appears in the US.
Now these are some of the more popular issues we see with this error, that being said there are a lot of OTHER reasons this can happen.
