I’m sure this horse has been beat enough but I’ve been trying to order a rifle kit and get the “payment authorization rejection from the processor” message. Initially tried to order on my phone but then read that was problematic so I’m using a desktop and Chrome and still get the message. I’ve used 3 different cards that I know are good to no avail. I’ve contacted customer service also with no resolution and I’m kind of at a loss. My payment address is a PO Box and my shipping address is physical. I’ve used them in the past with no issues. I’m looking for any help I can get with this frustrating experience.
You will have to clear it with CS (they arnt on the forums). You likely flagged yourself for fraud by trying to use different cards. If you have ever done a chargeback that to will have to be cleared. Ask CS to forward to the finance dept and see what they say.
Thanks for your reply. I’ve talked to customer service twice and haven’t made any headway. They just sent me off on two different boondoggles. I guess I’ll figure it out or I won’t! In the meantime my buddy has been gracious enough to order the kit for me.
I got something similar, I accidentally used the wrong billing address on my payment, it flagged me for fraud and canceled my order. Now I can’t go and just try to buy another lower, it keeps saying I am restricted.

This is absolutely ridiculous i spent thousands of dollars in past 2 months i waited for the holosun to go to 169 then PSA blocks my order. I did a new account order went though and same thing, what is wrong with you guys no phone call nothing? absolutely ridiculous. ill spend my 20k a year elsewhere, and yes i spend that much a year. @help
