Hi all, just wondered if anyone had examples of their dagger with the holosun FDE dot to see how the color looked. I kinda have a two tone thing going on with my dagger and was wondering if the Holosun FDE dot would look cool or goofy or if I should just go with regular black.
I used to have a holosun 507c x2 on my dagger but moved it over to my Ruger Mark 4 and got this Cyclee dot kind of as a placeholder. Its not a bad dot but the holosun was way better and PSA has a pretty good deal on them.

I have one of those on the shelf - it’s as Brown as it looks in the photo.
50 shades of FDE is the Norm, rather than the exception.
I would never give a guy using multi-FDE on the range a hard time because his stuff doesn’t match. Well, unless he’s a buddy, and especially if we’re in a Competition Match - then I would zing him mercilessly…

Bahaha. Well if its as brown in the stock pics I might just stick with regular black. I think its the same price. I’m building this handgun out as a beginner comp gun. Its my goal this year to start doing a couple competitions. I feel confident enough in my static shooting abilities to try it out. I just want to make sure I look tacticool when I get there haha just kidding.
Oh wow, looks way less “orange” than in the stock photos. So maybe it is the lighting
with anodizing there is no way to get a constant color, even with black. FDE has been dialed in fairly well but still there is the chance of it being off.

Did you decide on the FDE Holosun? I bought one for my FDE slide if you need another picture. There’s a slight difference like some have posted but it’s not significant.
Sorry I ended up just ordering plain black. The fde was freaking me out with how orange it looked in the stock photo. Tried looking at different pictures and it just didn’t look right. Decided to move my 507C x2 to my PSA dagger and the 407 will go to my Ruger Mark 4
