How to speak to a real person at PSA

Trying to get info on a PSA product but I can’t get past “Liberty” and email requires a order number that I don’t have. Any other avenues?

Liberty: “Our representatives do not have anymore information than what’s on our website.”

Finally transferred then was hung up on. Not digging this at all.

Red, Green is HE407K-GR… Have both, the red one was bundled.

I had a similar issue when I ordered a Dagger frame and got notification of payment but no order confirmation email from PSA.
