Did not receive order confirmation

I purchased a psa dagger on 12/22/2022 and never received an order confirmation but money was withdrawn from my bank! Trying to contact via chat and it’s impossible due to them requiring an order number to even start a chat conversation. Has anyone gone this long without order confirmatio?

Log into your account and see if it shows. Also check your spam email folder. I have had order confirmations go there.

I made the mistake of ordering as a guest forgetting I had an account set up as I don’t often purchase firearms or accessories on line. And I did look through my spam and didn’t see it in there either

I had the same problem around the same date as you. No confirmation page, and a pending charge. But the site showed the order. I received my order yesterday.

I also did an order as a guest and not signing in, can someone assist with getting a confirmation?

I also did not receive an order confirmation and I can’t get ahold of anyone because I don’t have an order number. Money was withdrawn from my account though.

The biggest issue with no order confirmation is mistyping your email. Check your spam folder to be certain , but unfortunately CS is not on the forums.

Customer service unfortunately does not have a presence on the forums. The PSA rep that did help is no longer with the company due to taking a job closer to his family.

If one of the PSA reps here gets the chance they might can get it for you but they have different roles within the company.

More than likely you mistyped your email address, assuming you ordered as a guest. If you ordered with your account, then you can log in to see it. Also, check your spam folder just to be sure.
