Can I get a little help from PSA please! 🙏

Good day I have bought a optic from you all and it has a slight defect in it. I have attempted chat area on the website several times to get each time no live agent.

I have also attempted to send a message and when I place my order # in it says it is not valid but it’s a valid order number when I talk to a virtual agent.

Thank you! I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or what. Thanks again! Love my Dagger so far can’t wait to shoot it.

Make sure your order number matches the number in your order history.
Login and use the following URL. https://palmettostatearmory.com/sales/order/history/ to verify the order number.
I’ve had good luck with their email.

If it is a vortex your best bet might be their customer service. But try with PSA first. CS is not on the forums so you will have to go through the website or with their email/phone #.
