I have an upper from psa that has issues. Multiple emails and phone calls to "customer service " which is likely farmed out to some other company because the lady i spoke to didn’t know an ar from a sandwich. All im asking for is a call back from someone at psa who actually knows anything about their products. This has been weeks.
Have you checked your spam folder? Also, CS isnt on the forums.
We might can help you, what is going on with your upper?
Im getting email reply from them so thats not the issue. Last reply was probably 2 weeks ago.
My 1/7 twist barrel shoots 62 gr and heavier in a shotgun pattern. Bad groups but shoots 50 grain sub moa. I appreciate the offer of help but the point i was making is that the manufacturer wont even contact me.
CS works through email the best. They will get you taken care of.
Did you see the date on their last contact ?
No, your screenshot didnt load.
last i knew, all customer service is right here in SC. Nothing like that is farmed out at all. As for the reps knowledge i’m floored that she did not know what a ar15 was. it does not sound like anyone PSA would have working in Customer Service at all.
Perhaps @Anthony_PSA may be able to assist or at least get you in contact with someone who can help immediately. If not I know @Josiah_PSA can handle your issue.
Please shoot me an e-mail and I will get you taken care of.
Done
I haven’t received anything from you yet.
Thanks,
Josiah
Thanks everyone, spoke to josiah.
@genereed65 i deleted your phone number posts. Admins and mods can still see it but it isnt public anymore.
you’re welcome. glad you got taken care of. Josiah is great at his job, and i knew he’d fix you up.
It might take a day or two for them to respond, but they do. I had an issue with an upper that was missing a part. They did me right and I love PSA.
Welcome to the forums @NoGunsWork ![]()
Got upper in mail yesterday. Spoke to josiah and matt. I asked them not to junk the barrel regardless of what problems they find because although it wont shoot anything above 55 grains with any accuracy it is a sub moa laser beam with 50 grain bullets. Waiting to hear what is causing the mystery. Thanks to everyone for the help. In the meantime ive picked up a used savage 110 30-06 and a used remington 700 adl 270. Trying to fine tune them and get them shooting good.
I know the upper is on its way back but now I’m curious.
62 grains…like as in green tip that is notoriously lacking in the precision arena? What other loads above 62 grains did you try?
The 62 gr AAC Sabres I’ve been very pleased with.
