Long story short, I purchased a new AR15 compatible lower for my MAC 5 so I could install a SS trigger with a little more Brrrrrr. Well, I have a little more trouble shooting on the SS trigger, but I am about ready to throw in the towel, the lack of reliability is taking away the fun factor.
I absolutely love the Brrrr factor on my AKV ALG trigger, and I am wondering if there is a similar ALG trigger available that would fit a standard AR lower? Then maybe I can get the MAC 5 to kick off a little quick fire now and then. Any thoughts or ideas?
The AK-V is using the ALG trigger that just bump fires really easy. For an AR, i would look at a super light 3 gun trigger. You can bump fire a regular AR trigger but you have to learn how. Perhaps a binary trigger wil work best for you?
H&K makes a binary lower/trigger that would probably work with my MAC5. However, I am already in for the cost of the new AR compatible lower, and the disappointing SS. A nice AR bump fire type trigger would be most cost effective. I just want an occasional fun toy, nothing serious. I am not really an AR girl, so I have not researched AR options like I have researched AK stuff..
