I placed an order online Feb 25 for a firearm. It shipped Mar 02 to the Columbia location for ISPU. I haven’t been contacted that it is ready for pickup. Is this normal wait time? I’ve tried calling several times, but haven’t been able to get an answer. I know they are bombarded with customers and didn’t want to pester them if this indeed normal wait time. Any advice?
