New guy, shipping?

I’m new to the forum, looking for advice.

I’ve been a PSA customer for a while and have been favorably impressed with everything I’ve purchased.

I just ordered my first firearm however. Placed an order for a PSA custom AR on 1/29. I received notification of the shipping label being created almost right away, but so far no tracking information at all. I ordered using the Columbia, SC location as FFL for in store pick up, and heard nothing. I’m a little worried, did my order get lost in the warehouse or is this normal? It’s been over 15 business days. Customer service chat seems permanently down, so I thought I’d ask here. Thanks for any help!

Sounds like Anthony is going to help you. I have found shipping with PSA to be a crap shoot. I have had an item delivered the next day other have taken a couple weeks. Since you ordered a firearm, it is likely to take longer due to the tracking involved. You might want to try calling the Columbia store to see if they have it. If you live close by, stop in and check with staff.

As you mentioned Chat is not working, and I haven’t received an email response to my Customer Service inquiries in over a month. I think it is “down” too.

Anthony was indeed a huge help. Turns out my order was there. I’m almost two hours from the store one way, so only making the trip once was great.
