Sorry I am new to this forum and have a difficult time navigating it but I am curious about shipping and have submitted a help request to no answer but I have placed an order on 1/15/22 Order says it was shipped on 1/19/22 and has been only saying on tracking that label has been created the last couple days
Usually that means they are waiting on UPS. There is a significant backlog with shipping companies right now. PSA states (IIRC) that it could take up to 15 business days for your order to ship. Sit back and relax, it will come.
Will do. Just impatient, the longer I wait the less shooting I do and the more I have to think about all the money I spent on accessories and what not 
Usually when I buy uppers and lowers, the shipping is accurate and updated timely. These come straight from PSA.
When I buy accessories, optics, ammo and it comes from one of their partners and it is drop shipped from their location? (Louisiana cough cough)
What can I say? They’re not PSA and sometimes the info and updates are lacking.

Yea just anxious as it’s the first firearm I’ve ordered online. But I’ve ordered a lower from psa and was not disappointed so I’m sure they will come through. I also understand these are crazy times so patience is key!

Ordered a psa dagger complete slide with barrel 1/12/22, have not shipped, still processing. Multiple messages unanswered, phone number tells to GTFO and wait. So, you’re SOL and wait or dispute with CC.
@AleGogo welcome to the forums. This was posted last week. PSA has been slammed with covid, UPS shipping issues, and a need for more employees.
I placed an order on 3/5/22 and I’m still in the processing stage. It was a rifle kit for my stripped lower. It’s been 7 days and it has not shipped. The payment has already been processed. I heard they can be slow but man a month for the psa dagger.

I ordered a PSA Custom build from them on 2/12. It’s been a month and the order is still listed as “processing”.
I called customer support on Thursday and waited 2 hours in the call queue. I was told “yeah, we really don’t know what’s happening, we can’t even confirm that that rifle’s in the warehouse. So we can cancel your order or you can keep waiting it out.” I’d prefer to have the rifle, so I guess I’ll keep waiting.
I understand that staffing shortages and parts shortages from Rona are real, and I have
no doubt that PSA will make the situation right. But wow. 1 month without an order shipping, and I can’t even confirm if the rifle I ordered exists or not.
I just ordered a Dagger frame, slide, and mags tuesday the 15th. I was just notified the frame shipped today. Everything else is still in processing. Just providing an update.
I have I question, if I just bought a lower from online and got confirmation and the payment took, but has not shipped yet and days later it goes out of stock. Is it still coming to me or not???

It depends on the day honestly. Black Friday orders started going out yesterday. On any given day PSA delivers 7 tractor trailers to UPS. BF was more. Unfortunately we dont have a FedEx hub here in the midlands, only UPS.

It depends also on what you ordered. Serialized items take a little longer due to the FFL process. If you ordered something that is shipped via 3rd party (drop shipped) that doesnt actually come from PSA but from a partner warehouse.
