no. you would need to buy a stripped lower receiver and have it shipped to your ffl of choice. The kit includes everything else sans tools needed to assemble.

While the lower receiver must be shipped/picked up at Federal Firearms License dealer. The rifle kit can be shipped directly to you at your address.
Same with complete rifles or handguns.

see i’ve stopped trying to be johnny on the spot with replies first with him. He’s got an app on his phone he can post with… and he’s a fast reader, where even with the app im still slower than he is. I still post, just may be repetitive of what he says sometimes. 
Hes good though… Its a great deal when all you need is a lower for the completion of the kit… hell they’re only like 59 bucks or so you cant beat it!!!

I would prefer good quality written assembly instructions, with lots of pictures.
I will watch u-tube instructional videos, if that is all that is available.

looks like guitar guy got you fixed up with our how to assemble instructions. I found that youtube videos also helped me a lot when i was beginning. Youll have a lot of fun learning how to assemble one, and then you may or may not loose parts, be very caarful with the small springs and detents, they tend to get shot across the room often lol. some guys put their lower inside a gallon size zip lock and install the parts with their hands in the bag with the lower so that they wont loose anything accidentially shot out of the lower by the springs… once you’re done with your build, you’ll wanna build another!!! ITS THE WAY!

Thank you and also the Guitar guy! I did find the video to be the most helpful, but it was also nice to have the written assembly instructions. After I test fire it I will let you know how it went.

I finally got around to test firing my new rifle. Something is wrong: It is firing two bullets everytime I pull the trigger.
Suspect I may not have assembled the trigger correctly. What do you think?

Hammer spring installed incorrectly.
sorry for the late reply, but i have a feeling that GuitarGuy is right on this one. give it a shot swapping it around, see if it helped, or if you wanna take a photo of it installed we’ll see if we can tell if thats the issue.
