@Tman Did you buy new or used? Because the markings on the Carrier make it look used. And I donât think PSA sells used GF3 rifles.

Still WaitingâŚOrder and Paid for this in June, Its Now August I still donât have what I paid for.
OK finally an update, Today Aug 5th I finally received a correct unit, purely by accident I might add. I went my FFL place to pick up something else that I ordered (I couldnât wait anymore, so I bought a GF4) and he brings out 2 boxes. One box was the new GF4 I ordered last week and second box is my AK-RD GF5 I order 2 months ago. The original unit I was shipped was a GF3, I shipped it back, took 2 full months, but I finally have a GF5 AK-RD with a cleaning rod, Chrome barrel and advanced trigger. Now maybe I can shoot some of the 1000 rds I collected waiting for this. Oh wait, one more issue, I bought 5 - AK47 Mags to fit the GF3 and they donât fit in the GF4 or the GF5. AH AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH⌠I canât win. At least tomorrow is Friday and maybe I can get some Range time in.

Awesome! Some mags require fitment to work, itâs a normal thing for AKs. Pull the bolt and look from the top where itâs hitting and file the mag until it fits. I had to do this for my Korean mags and never got my Croatian mags to fit. Bulgarian, Xtech and Magpul worked without any trouble, for me. The PSA made mags were tight but fit.
I thought the GF5 came with FN barrel. That looks like a PSA barrel. May not be much of a difference between the two.
It comes with a CHF barrel, which PSA produces in house.
You are right it does say its supposed to be an FN Barrel. This thing is going to make me start drinking.

They may be saving the FN Barrels for the 103. Keep us updated.
Yeah they owe you an FN barrel, make sure they know that. Itâs blatantly false advertising otherwise
