The switch to All On-line, No People customer service is a little un-nerving.
When I was at Home Depot this morning, the do-it-yourself check out machine didn’t just take your money.
It now talks !

What do you have to do to reach an actual person?
Tried a dozen times, CS, over half the store locations which no one answers.
