I have been trying for a very long time now to become a dealer with PAS, and cannot even get the dealer services folks to contact me back via email, and they do not answer the phone either. When I contact the normal sales channel, they just refer me back to the dealer services folks.
I have long been on their FFL list, and an actual customer. I have been referring my customers to PSA and thought I should become a dealer.
Is anyone else having issues getting PSA to be responsive?
Last I heard it wasn’t yet live. They only have two reps handling all the dealer accounts currently. As you can imagine, that can’t be easy for just two reps.
Hello Anthony - I’m having the same problem regarding setting up a dealer account and I have no way to submit my 07/02 or sales and use tax permit information. Is there any way you could also assist me with this? Thank you for your time - Jason

I am a dealer have been since 15 and I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone or my rep to answer my emails. So do t feel bad if they aren’t getting back to y’all. Deals are running into the same issue. I have been trying to place an order now for two days. No reply to calls or emails.
