How can I sign up for the dealer program? I see the dealer portal still isn’t setup yet and every time I call the dealer number no one answers… It’s getting old buying at retail, paying shipping and tax.

I’m wondering the same. I saw on another thread that they have a “dealer services” department that can be contacted by phone, but I haven’t found the number. I would like to purchase a few firearms to resell, but I don’t particularly want to pay sales tax coming and going.
I have been emailing, calling, talking to other FFL’s that actually have a rep that picks up and returns calls, and have had zero luck. I’ve been trying since early 2021 to get a dealer account going. It’s really discouraging. I’ve been buying and using PSA products for a long time.

I know this is an old post, but has there been any updates? I have also sent emails and haven’t gotten any responses.
We just fixed a bug last week that was breaking the log in. I am looking to soft launch it next week. Shoot me a message @Aaron and I can include you on the initial email. Looking for a few dealers that can go through it before we open it to everyone.

Yeah, it’s been an uphill battle. Every-time I get it to a place of, “im good with people seeing this” - we go back and make some changes. The logistics of it was tough for a while figuring out the inventory side and keeping it stocked with relevant items. That has largely been taken care of. We just ran pricing a week back so everything should be set.
Just had the log in bug that was blocking the launch but that should get deployed this week.
