It’s still in the works. Wrapping up some final testing with it. No Eta yet - but getting close.
@sean.psa Is there a way to get a hold of someone via phone? I’ve been trying for a couple days to place an order and can’t get anyone to pick up nor email me back. Thank you!

Well its been 9 months since we were “getting close”…any ETA @sean.psa
Its discouraging when you want to place an order and you’re basically ignored for days. Haze is awesome but he’s so freaking busy he cant get any help!! I’ve lost sales because i cant get product.

I definitely get the frustrations. I’ve been working on it consistently for the last month trying to get it across the finish line.
It’s mostly done, but I’ve got to go through and test a few more areas on it.
I want to support my FFL and PSA both, but something seems to be up with the ordering process for them compared to a consumer just buying directly from the website.
I ordered a lower three weeks ago through my FFL, it was in stock at the time, and it still hasn’t arrived there, if I’d just ordered it myself off the website it would’ve been in my hands at least a week ago, if not more.
Never has an order for anything serialized from PSA taken this long when I’d done it myself. Mind you, I’m not blasting anyone or anything in particular here, being patient, but the experience is a little frustrating.
Did your ffl actually order it?
Yes. I mean, I watched them do it and paid for it at the time, but past that, I have called to confirm and they told me the PSA rep informed them it “was on the way.”
Go figure, I get frustrated and make a post and it shows up today. Not sure if I should complain more or less?
Is the Dealer site really going to happen?
