Calling the customer service never comes on the line. Message contact never responds. Only 1 of 3 items ordered has arrived.
How do I get PSA customer service to help me?
If the auto-voice says 50 minutes will they really answer eventually?

PSA uses multiple warehouses and also drop ships.
I’ve had partial orders arrive within a day or so of each other, and a s far apart as a week, week and a half apart. It all depends upon what you ordered and where it’s coming from.
Don’t you have the tracking numbers supplied under your accounts order history? If it still says partially shipped, then what you’re waiting on hasn’t shipped yet. If it says shipped, tracking should be provided for every item.
Thanks,
I have used the PSA contact features. They send me “we are working on it” emails. I get nothing flollowing.
Any suggestions on how I can interact with a human would be appreciated.
When did you order?
Not sure how each warehouse works internally, but some warehouses assign pickers to zones. So say I order a BCG and a sling, they may be on opposite sides of the warehouse. Instead of wasting time walking across the warehouse one person will ship the BCG and one the sling. If one of the pickers has more orders that product may not ship out at the same time. Also @charles.n.herrick if you are still within their normal shipping times I wouldn’t worry. I’ve had orders where one item shipped same day and one shipped on the 5th business day, which is still within normal shipping times. When did you order and when did you send an email?
Site says 3/4 order date, says partially shipped. I guess I’m all good.
Thanks for your (plural) help.
@charles.n.herrick keep in mind shipping times are in business days which doesn’t include weekends.
Please advise, how can I cancel an order online (no phone call)? Thanks.
Thanks, noted. I have purchased the items that have not yet shipped at a local gun store. Thus, I want to cancel the unshipped items.
You will probably need to do that with customer service since some have already shipped.
No offense, but that sounds like a you problem by buying somewhere else. PSA is open about their shipping times, you’ll need to wait until they respond. If youre posting here about shipping times im sure they’re flooded with emails with the same question from impatient customers.
Patience, young Grasshopper. As Rome not built in single Day, so too giant Demand for Gunparts not satisfied in single FedEx Delivery….

take a chill pill, respectfully. i had an order shipped in three parts awhile back. one took about 3 weeks. they must have ran out of stock. yes, it can be hard to reach them by phone, but i attribute that to an overwhelming popularity of their products and a rapid and increasingly booming market.
They don’t sell if they don’t have it in stock. People forget the issues with UPS at this time.
During Covid I’m sure their business grew exponentially and hiring didn’t, especially when call centers went and stayed fully remote. I just saw their ad about hiring call reps in SC and the surrounding states so it sounds like they’re going remote and will be better staffed soon. They may be having growing pains, but who hasn’t transitioning to remote work.
i odered a gun case that said was in stock. every other part i ordered came within a few days but the case took 3-4 weeks. i cant say why, but i assume they were ordered so quickly that the system wasnt updated before my order. i think they ran out. im not complaining, just stating facts
The case was probably drop shipped, which is out of PSA’s control. Go find the case on the website and it should say whether or not it is a drop shipped item.
