currently you email dealer.sales@palmettostatearmory.com and they get your FFL / information and you purchase with them.
Soon enough there will be a web portal that you can sign up through and view our catalog but instead see dealer pricing.
It would be really, really nice if this ever happens. The last few times Iāve wanted to place an order Iāve been jerked around by my new rep on pricing & shipping. Since day with with the previous two reps Iāve dealt with, there was no BS. I got a quote, and ordered. Also, since day one, as a dealer I got dealer pricing on some items, which was nice, but I never paid shipping. Ever. Now, with this new dude, itās paragraph after paragraph of all sorts of reasons why I have to pay shipping. As an example, yesterday I tried to get a quote for (10) Stealth Stripped Lowers, shipped. The rep told me that heād have to charge $15 shipping EACH if they were sold at the advertised price of $29.99. So, I went online, added 10 to my cart and saw that shipping was $9 each. Knowing that all 10 would be shipped in one box, that could easily go flat rate for $20, I asked him to clarify the shipping, specifically, would I be charged shipping on every lower, or charged actual shipping costs. He never gave me an answer, even though I asked 3 or 4 times. Now heās conveniently out of the office till 4/15.

@sean.psa I emailed my ffl to dealer.sales@palmettostatearmory.com on 4/29 and followed up again on 5/13. I havenāt received any response to either email. Are you guys setting up dealer accounts or is this suspended?

It is being worked on. It is a much bigger project than people know.

Iāve been working with Haze but its really frustrating when I cant get a quick response and lose out on a sale because of it. I wish PSA would get the dealer portal up and running sooner rather than later.
