Is this considered loose pin holes?

Is this considered loose pins & if so will anti walk pins help fix the problem because my trigger won’t reset after one fire?

Give us some specifics…what lower and what trigger?

James Madison Tactical Lower Gen 2, and PSA mil spec hammer & trigger.

That looks like a polymer lower? Are the pins walking out? If so, then you may have egged the hole and yes, anti walk pins will help slightly. You also could drill out to the large pin colt size and use a different trigger.

Edit: be careful if that is a polymer lower. They are usually only good for .22lr.

I haven’t fired with live ammo but dry fire won’t reset it after pulling charging handle. Also around the holes, their is a bit peeling so I may look into the colt thingy cause it took me a minute to mill this lower. And I will be careful.

If it’s an 80% lower that you did - and the trigger won’t reset - it probably is because the trigger hole needs to be “lengthened” towards the front just a bit. If either your drill isn’t 100% level, or the plate for the jig does not go far enough forward. (I’ve experienced this)
Just put the lower back into the jig - minus the top plate - and use your end mill to grind it just a little bit forward (so the trigger can go forward enough to reset).
