Is a 5.56x45mm muzzle compensator safe to use on a threaded 5.7x28mm barrel? Thank you in advance.

Anything approved/designed for 5.56 will be fine for the 5.7. The projectiles have the same diameter and a 5.7 is an anemic cartridge when compared to 5.56.

Yeah it will work fine on it. Same size projectile , or close enough to where it doesnt matter.
